As part of the project team, you will support Project Managers in the administration and delivery of major infrastructure projects across metropolitan Melbourne. You will undertake a broad range of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth and effective running of projects from commencement through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee timesheets and labour allocation (including labour hire) Prepare and Order PPE  Generate supplier purchase orders, reconcile, and approve invoices. Oversee document control (uploads, project registers, correspondence tracking) Conduct site inductions for new employees. Assist with variation submissions, monthly costs, invoicing, and reporting. Provide general administrative support to the project team. About You: A valid driver’s license and own vehicle, with the willingness to travel to various sites across Metro Melbourne and to the head office in Port Melbourne. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.  Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Previous customer service experience (preferred) Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and hold a White Card.
