What You Will Be Doing: The trainee, supporting the NECA Education and Career RTO, will be responsible for managing scheduling systems and contributing to projects that enhance the online learning management experience. The standard working hours for this role are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. As a Business Trainee, your responsibilities will include; Assist with basic office administrative tasks, including data entry and photocopying to support Training Operations. Manage day-to-day scheduling and timetabling, ensuring proper allocation of classrooms, resources, and instructors. Oversee the creation and management of teaching schedules, ensuring alignment with the Blended Learning Model. Enroll students in the LMS, ensuring correct unit placement according to enrolment and training plans. Collaborate with departments to plan and schedule apprentice and industry training programs, aligning with organizational priorities and resources. About You: Technical Proficiency – Experienced in using the Microsoft Office suite, with a proven ability to quickly learn new technical skills. Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills – Strong focus on accuracy, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen aptitude for problem-solving. Effective Communication & Teamwork – Clear and strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
